U14 HOBART REPRESENTATIVE

After 6 sessions with Tiri not only has Matildas shooting and skills improved but also confidence on the court. I highly recommend Tiri to anyone serious about improving their basketball skills! It is money well spent!

DIV 1 PLAYER

If you’re someone who is wanting to grow your game, step outside your comfort zone or learn neW skills and move your body I recommend. This program has taught me that basketball is not just about scoring but moving your body to find a way to score.

FAQS

How many sessions are in a 6 week block?

The block goes for 6 weeks and includes 6 sessions (one per week).

What should my child practice between sessions?

Each session will focus on various stationary and on-the-move dribbling and ball-handling skills. Players should practice these skills at home throughout the week.

What should I bring?

A basketball, a water bottle, and a Tiri Basketball training top (if you have one).

When can I sign up?

You can sign up at any time during the year. Tiri Basketball follows a comprehensive skills checklist, continuously introducing new skills while revisiting previous ones. This means players don't have to start from scratch at the beginning of each program.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are typically held at Warrane Stadium in Warrane, although the location may vary based on availability. You will be kept informed and notified of any changes to session locations.

If I miss a session, can I make it up?

Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged because it leads to better player development and allows sessions to build on each other. If there is a genuine must-miss situation, get in contact to discuss attending another session during the week and give as much notice as possible for cancellations.

Do your groups include both boys and girls?

Yes, all of the groups are open to both boys and girls.
